At Brown’s Micro-Bakery, every item is made with care by hand, and we want you to love what you receive. Because our products are either perishable (baked goods) or custom-crafted (candles), we’re unable to accept returns. However, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing checkout. Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

Clear photos of the damaged item(s) or packaging
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Packages delayed or lost by USPS

Items left outside after delivery

Errors in the shipping address provided at checkout

Taste or scent preferences (since all items are made and described to the best of our ability)
