🥯 Sourdough Bagels Are Back at Brown’s Micro-Bakery! 🥯

It’s official: our naturally leavened sourdough bagels are back, and we couldn’t be more excited to share them with you!


Each bagel is slowly fermented, hand-shaped, and cold-proofed overnight—just the way sourdough should be. That means deep flavor, chewy texture, and a crisp golden crust that sets them apart from anything store-bought.


We’re bringing back four bold and beautiful flavors to kick off the season:

🧂 Sea Salt – Simple, classic, and incredibly satisfying

🌿 Everything – Garlicky, oniony, seedy goodness in every bite

🫐 Blueberry – Naturally sweet with juicy bursts of real berries

🧀 Italian Herb & Cheese – Savory, herby, and topped with melted cheese
